DESCRIPTION:ALL OUT WAR MOTORSPORT FESTIVAL is an electrifying car show and drift event held at Historic Crew Stadium on Saturday\, September 13\, 2025. \nGeneral Admission Tickets – On-Sale NOW!\n\n\nPresented by Established\, GR Drift Series\, G&J Pepsi\, Summit Racing\, ECS Tuning\, and more\, it celebrates all things automotive — from imports and muscle cars to lifted trucks\, classics\, and motorcycles. \nThe Show field will feature stunning vehicles\, while the GR Drift Series takes over the B-Lot with high-adrenaline drift action. \nEnjoy top vendors\, Columbus’s best food trucks\, and an unforgettable experience. \nMark your calendars for the excitement at Historic Crew Stadium! \n  \nSCHEDULE OF EVENTS: \nSaturday September 13\, 2025 \n11:00AM Box Office Open \n12:00PM Festival Gates Open \n12:00PM-6:00PM-Event Time \n  \nPARKING: \nHistoric Crew Stadium Parking is located on the grounds of the Ohio Expo Center. The Gold Lot will be open to the Public and for Accessible Parking at 11:00am. Access to the parking lots will be through Gate 15 located off of E. 17th Ave. (Exit 111 from Interstate 71). Day of Event parking only will be available. \nPARKING FEE: $20 per space is available in the Gold (G)-Lot of the Ohio Expo Center\, immediately east and south of Historic Crew Stadium \nOversized Vehicles will be charged per spaces utilized. \n  \nTICKETS: \n• In Advance: Tickets may be purchased in advance through the Ticketmaster website HERE. \n• Day of Event: Tickets will be available for purchase at the Box office located at Gate 4 of Historic Crew stadium either at windows or via QR code will be available to scan at Gate 4. • Historic Crew Stadium is a cashless venue – Cash sales are not available. \n\n  \nENTRY GATE: The main gate (Gate 4) will open to attendees beginning at 12:00PM. Tickets are required for admission to the festival. \nSECURITY SCREENING: All patrons will be required to walk through metal detectors upon entry. The Historic Crew Stadium bag and prohibited items policies will be strictly enforced. Attendees are expected to follow all instructions of venue security and event staff. Failure to adhere to all policies may result in loss of ticket privileges and ejection from the venue. \n  \nPROHIBITED ITEMS: \n\nA Full list of prohibited items is located can be found HERE (This is an A-Z guide of the stadium. Please go to ‘P’ and click on Prohibited Items for more info).\nTobacco\, marijuana and other vapor/similar products.\nSpectators are NOT permitted outside of designated plaza and bleacher areas.\nArtificial noisemakers of any kind. • Alcohol may not leave the festival grounds at any time.\nBlankets are permitted but must be unfolded prior to entry.\nMetal Stadium folding seats are not permitted (bleachers have seat backs). Seat pads are permitted.\nCollapsible\, non-golf umbrellas are permitted inside Historic Crew Stadium. Umbrellas may not have metal tips or pointed edges. Umbrellas may be used if\, when open\, it provides protection only to the guest holding it and does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Similarly\, the open umbrella must not compromise other guests’ ability to view the event.\n\n  \nBAG POLICY: \nHistoric Crew Stadium has a “No Bag” policy\, however\, clutch style wallets that are 5” X 8” X 1” and smaller may be brought into the venue. Any bags larger than the allotted size will not be allowed in and all bags are subject to inspection. Approved medical/diaper bags are permitted and will be searched at the gate. Larger bags must be returned to vehicles or discarded at the gate. More information can be found HERE. \n  \nFAN AMENITIES: \nConcessions: No outside food or beverage is permitted. Guests may purchase food and beverages at the main concourse at the Vendor Village\, as well as beverage carts around the main plaza. \nRestrooms: Family\, men’s and women’s restrooms are available near the Gate 4 area and main plaza on the Southeast concourse. Follow stadium signage. \nGuest Services: Guest services shall be available at Gate 4 for event information\, Kulture City Sensory kits\, etc. \nA sensory room/nursing mother’s room is available on the south end of the Stadium.
